Dr. Sylvia Gonzalez NCPT, CSNS, CPTA

Sylvia is a former medical doctor as well as a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist. She has a true passion for fitness and wellbeing. She specializes in undertaking true 360° transformation with all of her clients and brings a determined, but encouraging energy to her work.

She has over 20 years experience training and teaching pilates, yoga, meditation, aerobics, and dance to people of all ages in cross-cultural environments in the Americas. Her fitness journey began at the age of five when she first started dancing classes and subsequently took up running, gymnastics, and swimming.

Sylvia has also participated in newspaper, radio, and television interviews about wellbeing and the importance of exercise, diet, and meditation. She has worked with thousands of people around the world on diverse topics such as sports nutrition, meditation, and various types of movement and dance therapies.
